First, you need to check that the mobile device can be used with eSIM.
(Call keypad > *#06# > if 4 barcodes are displayed, you can use eSIM.)
And, for downloading eSIM, the mobile device must be connected to cellular or Wi-Fi.

Deleting eSIM in mobile device means only deleting data on the device, your mobile services will be maintained.
